Having just left Ircassia xiii (kayleigh) we decided to get some distance between Kayleigh and us before we check to see if all the equipment we installed was working as planned, we are now about a days travel from Galileo Station so i gave the order all departments report on if we were picking up signal from Kayleigh, every department reported Green light Captain. Well done crew, I turned my attention to the five ships that had been shadowing us a cruiser and 4 scout ships I have not been duly worried about them as we outgunned by a massive amount, Intel reported they had ID'd them as Cardassian.
All of a sudden we were being hailed by the Cruiser the captain being quite a arrogant weedy Man if you can call him a man who answered to Gull Lotek Bar, he immediatly demanded we surrender our ship to him and his faction Wings of the Night whoever they are after refusing his invitation to surrender he threatened to take the ship by force I silenced the audio and told chief security if he continues turn back towards his flotilla and aim all weapons and make sure he knows we had the kill shot should we take it. Just for good taste as his arrogance really was to much reduce all there shields to 40% with our phasers, I signalled to turn the audio back on and gave him one final chance to withdraw did he no he did not so the firing solution was lock in and fired. after some what i can only say some angry comments from him he then the cheek of it said till next time Federation and he withdrew we corrected our course and headed to Galileo Station.
