Slowly we left our mooring on our way to Ircassia X111, Cmdr. Quan moved the ship with ease, well she has been flying this ship a good three weeks now and yet to scratch it. on the bridge with her was Cmdr Sivanek my Chief Engineer, the rest of the crew were in the command room being briefed by me I slowly opened the sealed orders from Starfleet of course my XO Cmdr. Kesler Sh'kiarel will be privvy to these orders just in case something happens to me the orders are classified so unavailable for public viewing. I gave the chiefs of Intel and Security there specific orders then read out part two of the orders which pertained mostly to My CSO and his team.
We kept scanning for other ships out there but nothing and I mean nothing was about, I gave the order from the conference room for weapons training both Intel and Security made there way to the bridge, At this point I heard Chief Security order the multilingual message of beware live firing broadcast on all frequencies. A few moments later the target buoys were released and a few minutes after that I here the sound of phaser bank firing, the three of us left in the command centre and went to the bridge as I arrived I heard the Chief Engineer say Captain on the bridge I then said as you were and let out the familiar line "I have the Conn" we continued on our way and Chief Barbosa completed her target practice all were successful. End of shift was less than a hour away and i think this calls for dinner and then relax to 10 - Sideways with the now off duty shift members, before I went to sleep I partook of a chocochino a hot Beveridge from the 21st Century Earth,
