Born: Melbourne Australia, March 5 2344 to Robert and Alexa Esharham: Both Archaeologists, Spent the first 5 years of life traveling various Archeology dig sites on Earth.

His natural Parents separated when Greg was 5 due to his Mother being given an assignment to a Star Fleet science vessel, The USS John Young, Greg went to live with his maternal Grand Mother in Home town of Melbourne Australia.

Mother Alexa marries Star fleet Commander Ivan Korbitza, then the First officer of the USS John Young two years later. At this point, Greg is reunited with his Mother and meets his Stepfather when the John Young returned to Utopia Planitia for Refit.

Spends the next 9 years traveling on the starship with his mother and stepfather until Korbitza is reassigned to Earth
