\u00a0We did not detect any borg pursuing\u00a0 the Einstein , Ensign John Spartan was not in a very discipline mood today, and he was very rude , doing what he liked himself, and not responding well to orders. I had to take action on him, and\u00a0 have done so, if not we really needed him at the helm. I had a firm private talk with him, reminded him at his duties, and at least for a while, he agreed to man the Helm wit not to many complaints. Disciplinary actions, including a brig detention is above his head it seems.
we got a emergency call from a Starfleet shuttle stranded on a class m planet. this planet is a pre warp civilization. I ordered us to an orbit, out of sight of the Romulan ship, The Ships LRS detected a the Romulan Ship. The discovery of our shuttle would affect the possible inhabitants in a great deal. Following our prime directive we have to do everything we can to prevent that discovery. We were able to locate the crashed shuttle, remarkable without any Identification marks on it.
if there are beings down there we should consider sending a covert security team down, check for survivors on the shuttle, get the black box, and then destroy it. We\u00a0 left a marker bout and sent the information to star fleet command.<\/p>\n
