Victoria was born on the planet Drow in the Alpha Quadrant. The Drow are not part of the United Federation of Planets but do trade with them.

Victoria was born on Drow in the year 2303 FSD. She is currently 85 years old. She left Drow at the age of 60 in the year 2363 when she was accepted into Starfleet Academy after completing her studies at Arach-Tinilith in 2363.

Her main source of study was in the field of Healing though her studies were more energy based due to the inherent power of the Drow due to the faerzress, a remnant of High Magic (the Drow’s word for it) that helped shape the Underdark itself. It has been found that this was actually a form of radiation, within the Drow planet core, that the highly telepathic Drow could manipulate. This radiation was also responsible for the evolution of the Drow’s physiology that affected the changes in them from the lighter skinned Elves.

Upon leaving her home planet Victoria has found that the only unusual ability she has retained from her homeworld is some telekinesis, empathy and some residual form of healing from her aura that she can transfer to her patients as she works.

It would appear upon further study while she was Stationed at the Vulcan Medical Center to advance her Medical Training in 2367 that she retained this amount of residual energy in her system despite her distance from her homeworld. Since her healing ability was similar to the Vulcan form of touch healing she was able to learn how to use her ability and hone it while she was stationed on Vulcan.
