A short Promotion Ceremony was held in the Command Room aboard the USS Einstein.
Firstly Capt Bravin called Ensign May Spring forward and having stated her length of service and contribution to the ship as a Science Officer, promoted her to the rank of Lieutenant.
Then Capt Bravin called Ensign Salsa Tinkerbell forward and having stated her length of service and contribution to the ship both as a Medical Officer and a Security Officer, promoted her to the rank of Lieutenant.

We left the Command Room and went onto the Bridge.
Having obtained permission and gone to blue alert, we undocked and left Galileo Station.
We then set course to travel to a nearby Nebula.
On our way we received a distressed call from a starship.
Having obtained to the coordinates, we changed course and headed to the starship.

On our arrival, we were concerned to see that the ship turned out to be Romulan.
As a precaution we went to yellow alert and hailed the ship.
Not having received any response to our hails, we decided that we should teleport over to the ship.
We handed the Bridge over to the Beta crew and went to the Transporter Room, from where be beamed over to the Romulan ship.

Once we were aboard the ship, we carried out a search - but could not find any sign of the ship's crew - only that the ship was set on an auto distress signal.
We then received a hail from from OPs aboard the USS Einstein, saying that they had received a strange transmission saying ":You are in extreme danger and that your future depends on going the a new location at coordinates 005-mark 317".
On hearing this, we immediately teleported back to the USS Einstein
